September · Move in
Moved in over a weekend.
Records, pay history, documents, balances and open checklists come across from BambooHR. Gusto reconnects to the same people.
October · Offer
Signed the same day.
Offers come from your templates, go out for e-signature and file themselves to the new hire's record.
November · Day one
Ready before Monday.
Every task has an owner and a deadline. Willow chases each one until it is done.
December · Time off
Everyone books their own time off.
People request time off, check balances and update their details themselves. Managers see who is out before they approve.

June · A promotion and a move
Approve it once. Willow does the rest.
Devon is promoted and moves to Denver. Before anything changes, Willow shows every change it will make.
June · Checked
Done means every system agrees.
Willow compares what each system should say with what it actually says, and keeps going until they match.
August · Last day
A proper goodbye.
On a last day, access closes on time, final pay goes to payroll, and Willow checks every account is really gone.
What Willow doesn't do. It doesn't run payroll, pay people or file taxes; Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll or Paychex still does. Your broker and carrier still run coverage.
