A calm inbox that sorts itself

Messages from real people come first. Newsletters, notifications and receipts are folded out of the way, and new senders wait until you let them in.

All your addresses in one inbox

Add your email addresses from Site, Gmail, iCloud and most other providers. Their mail comes together in one inbox, with a colour for each mailbox. Each mailbox keeps its own folders.

  • SiteBirdy fills in the server settings for Site, Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo and Fastmail

Time savers

Less work, and mistakes are easy to undo

Snooze messages until you need them, and let rules file new mail for you. Find any message in seconds, and undo a mistake with one shortcut.

Undo almost anything

Archived, deleted or moved something by mistake? Press ⌘Z or Ctrl+Z, and it’s back. Press again to undo the step before, even after you reload the page.

  • With Undo send, you have a few seconds to take a message back
  • Even deleting a message for good can be undone for a week
  • Labels, folders, settings and notes: nearly everything can be undone

Safety

Safe, without thinking about it

SiteBirdy checks every message and every link you click, so fake mail is caught before it can do harm. With two-step verification, your account stays safe even if someone learns your password.

Fake mail gets caught

A tick next to a sender means your mail server confirmed where the message comes from. When a message uses a well-known company’s name but comes from somewhere else, you see a warning first.

  • Links are checked before they open, and a suspicious link shows where it really goes
  • Pictures from the internet stay hidden until you choose Show images, so senders can’t see when you open their message
  • When a link looks suspicious, choose Report as phishing, and that sender’s mail goes to Junk from now on
