Questions learners ask before joining
Do I need coding experience to join?
No. Every program starts from fundamentals — Excel and SQL for analytics, Python basics for data science — and builds up step by step. Most learners join from non-tech backgrounds.
What's the refund/cancellation policy?
You can request a full refund within the first 7 days of your cohort starting, as long as you have attended no more than the first two live sessions. After that the fee is non-refundable, because mentor time, project reviews and placement support are already allocated to your seat.
Are sessions recorded if I miss one?
Yes. Every live session is recorded and available in your dashboard, and your mentor covers doubts from the previous session at the start of the next one.
Is EMI payment available?
Yes. EMI starts at ₹950/month, and you can choose your plan at checkout. Full payment upfront is also supported.
Do I get a certificate at the end?
Yes. Learners who complete the program and clear the assessment receive a Certificate of Completion from Skillancy, an ISO certified training provider, which you can add to your LinkedIn profile and resume.
How is Skillancy different from free YouTube/self-paced courses?
