Sonoma · Sonoma County, California

We built the operating system, ran ourselves through it first, and sell any station in it on its own.

Most agencies pitch you a process. We encoded ours — a manifest that starts empty and resolves station by station, gated by proof at every step, until a project is done. This page is running on it right now.

What makes this different

01

A 13-station circuit, not a project plan. Named seats — a Lead, a Specialist, a Critic, an Advisor — at every stop, with independent critics, often bound to a different model provider than the one that produced the work, gating every step before it advances.

02

A database that refuses to let unproven work close out. A deliverable can't be marked done by assertion. It clears a gate that demands a passing test with its exact command and count, an observed live behavior, or a recorded reviewer verdict — or it stays open.

03

A client window that records your approval, not ours. Every deliverable carries a decision you make yourself — approve, or request changes — logged in an append-only record you control, separate from whatever sign-off happened on our side.

04

Intelligence that keeps watching after launch. A health score runs on your engagement every six hours, indefinitely — checking for staleness, silence, and anything that needs attention before you have to ask.

This page was built by the system it's selling you.

What follows isn't a sample. It's an excerpt of Sonoma's own Strategy Object — the actual internal document that set the positioning you're reading right now — produced the same way yours would be.

And a fragment of the manifest itself — three of the thirteen stations, from the r9 roster:

DesignGenuinely creative visual/experience designA compiled design system: composition spec, tokens, component mappings
Operations LaunchGo-live verification, launch recordA launch-readiness review and a Release Manifest

Thirteen stations run this way, in sequence, on every flagship engagement — or any one of them, on its own.

Twenty years of agency work.

Nine years living and working in Sonoma County — much of it agency work, at other agencies.

Two ways in. Same rigor.

The flagship engagement

All 13 stations, in sequence, culminating in a gated launch. The complete proof of the system, start to finish.

Any one station

Run to that station's own gate, on its own — the same seats, the same critics, the same evidence contract as the flagship. Buying one station is buying the identical rigor at one stop. It is not a smaller version of anything.

The Discovery Object — a provenance-preserved findings dossier covering intake analysis, site scan, and business context.

A compiled design system: composition spec, tokens, component mappings — from a genuinely creative visual and experience design phase.

A launch-readiness review and a Release Manifest — go-live, verified and recorded.

The tech side is already won. Here's the rest.

Independent, often cross-provider critics gating every step will take other agencies months, maybe years, to build. That side of the argument is settled. The other side — design, art direction, copy — has to stand on its own, at the same bar as the biggest shops in the room. Here's how it does.

Design. A genuinely divergent creative phase — three real directions, visually rendered — before any constraint narrows the concept. Not one option with two throwaway variants.

Art direction. The same catalog every deliverable is built from: hundreds of components, not five safe primitives reused on every page.

Copy. Written by a named seat, checked by a named critic, before it reaches you — the same proof discipline the engineering side runs on, applied to the words.

The same respect for the people using a site shapes how the project gets run for the people paying for it.

Questions worth asking

Is this actually AI writing my website?

No single model writes anything unsupervised. Every deliverable moves through named seats — a Lead, a Specialist, a Critic, an Advisor — and nothing advances until independent critics, often bound to a different model provider than the one that produced the work, evaluate it. A human approves the work before it ships. What you're buying is the manifest and the proof mechanism around the work, not a single model answering a prompt.

What happens if I don't like the first design direction?

You're not shown one. Design protects a genuinely divergent creative phase — three real directions, visually rendered — before any constraint narrows the concept. You choose the direction; nothing gets built against a guess.

Do you only build in WordPress?

WordPress is our bread and butter. It is not the only thing we build. The circuit itself is platform-agnostic — we take on any project fit for purpose, on whatever platform actually serves it.

What if something breaks after launch?

An intelligence layer runs a health check on your engagement every six hours, indefinitely — watching for staleness, silence, and anything that needs attention before you have to raise it. Aftercare isn't a follow-up email; it's a system that keeps watching.

How do I know what's actually been done on my project, and what hasn't?

You see it yourself. Every deliverable in your engagement carries a real record — a cryptographic hash, a sealed flag, a verification anchor — in a dashboard scoped to your engagement alone. Nothing closes out on our say-so; it closes out when the proof clears the gate, and you can see the gate clear.

Can I hire you for just one piece of this, not a full rebuild?

Yes. Any one of the 13 stations is a complete engagement on its own — the same seats, the same critics, the same evidence contract as the full circuit. It isn't a smaller or discounted version of anything; it's the identical rigor at one stop.

Is my data safe from your other clients?

Your engagement is isolated at the account level — a mismatched or out-of-scope request returns a plain not-found, never a "forbidden" that would confirm another client's engagement even exists. There is no shared view across clients.

Why should I trust a system I've never heard of over an agency with a long track record?

Don't take either on faith. Check the system instead: every governance record is cryptographically chained, append-only, and independently verifiable with a single query. This page you're reading was built by that same system — it's the first exhibit, not a claim about one.
