An SMS is 1 credit, a phone call 2. Every plan includes credits each month; packs of 100 cost €19 and never expire.
Pricing questions
How does per-monitor pricing work?
You choose how many monitors and hosts you pay for, at the price per monitor of your plan. Each plan has a minimum (20, 80 or 250). One more monitor costs one monitor more, never a whole tier. Domains and status pages don't count as monitors.
What counts as a monitor?
Every uptime monitor (HTTP, ping, TCP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP or POP3) and every host running the agent counts as one. SSL certificate checks are part of the HTTPS monitor. Domains, status pages, escalation paths and team members are not counted.
Do I pay per user?
No. Starter includes 3 members; Team and Business include unlimited members, including everyone on call. That's the main difference with tools that charge per responder.
What are SMS and voice credits?
An SMS costs 1 credit and a phone call 2. Every plan includes a monthly allowance (10, 50 or 200) that resets each month. If you need more, packs of 100 credits cost €19 and never expire. Alerts keep going out on every other channel if credits run out.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every team starts with a 14-day trial of the Team plan without payment details. After the trial, monitoring pauses until you subscribe; nothing is deleted straight away.
Can I change plans or monitor count later?
Yes, at any time from the dashboard. An upgrade applies right away, and the prorated difference for the rest of the period is charged then. A downgrade or a switch between monthly and yearly applies at your next renewal.
Which payment methods do you accept, and who invoices?
Vatly, our EU merchant of record, handles payments, invoices and VAT. You can pay by card and SEPA Direct Debit among other European methods. Prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a VAT number are reverse charged.
Do you have a discount for large fleets?
The price per monitor already drops on bigger plans. Self-service goes up to 2,000 monitors; above that, email us and we'll plan checker capacity with you.
