Crypto casino reviews for Canadian players

1. Cloudbet: Best for wager-free loyalty rewards

Cloudbet logo

4.0/5GOOD

Cloudbet pays its welcome rewards in cash, not bonus money, so there's no rollover to work through. Over your first 30 days, you can collect up to $2,500 through rakeback and daily cash drops, as long as you wager each deposit once. After that, rakeback runs at 5% from Bronze to Ruby and 10% at Diamond.

It's also one of the longest-running crypto casinos around. Cloudbet launched in 2013 and is run by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/328/0599. You can play with 29 cryptocurrencies, see your balance in CAD and get most approved withdrawals instantly, though a few can take up to 24 hours.

The lobby is smaller than BC.GAME's 7,200 games, at 2,850+, but you'll still find 435 live tables and 25 originals, 12 of them provably fair.

  • Withdrawal limits: $2,200 a day until you're verified, then no daily cap at Level 2
  • ID checks: just a phone number at Level 1; photo ID, proof of address and a face check at Level 2
  • Player protection: deposit limits, cooling-off from 24 hours to 3 months, and self-exclusion from 1 year to lifetime
  • Support: 24/7 live chat and email
Pros
  • Cash rewards with no rollover multiplier
  • 29 coins, including several stablecoins
  • Cooling-off and self-exclusion you can't end early
Cons
  • No native mobile app
  • The 10% rakeback tier needs $100 million in lifetime turnover
  • The terms allow a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals

Best for: regular players who want rewards they can withdraw straight away.

2. BC.GAME: Best for coin choice

BC.GAME logo

4.0/5GOOD

BC.GAME accepts more than 100 cryptocurrencies, more than any other site on our list, so there's a good chance it takes whatever you hold. Plus, you can deposit Bitcoin over the Lightning Network, swap coins inside your wallet, or pay with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill or Neteller.

The welcome offer is a monthly deposit bonus that climbs from 180% to 240%, 300% and 360% over four stages, starting from deposits of $5, $10, $20 and $30. Instead of a fixed wagering multiple, the bonus unlocks a little at a time as you bet. BC.GAME has operated since 2017 through Twocent Technology Limited, licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202410011-FI1.

Keep in mind the cashout ceiling. Withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a month, lower than Oliver Casino's €/$15,000, and unfortunately that halves to €5,000 once your balance tops 10 times your deposits.

  • Games: 7,200 from 52 providers, including 75 provably fair originals
  • Mobile: native Android and iOS apps, the only ones among our picks
  • Support: 24/7 live chat and email, plus Discord and Telegram communities
  • Security: two-factor authentication and passkey login
Pros
  • 100+ coins, Lightning deposits and in-wallet swaps
  • Interac, cards, Skrill and Neteller alongside crypto
  • Native apps and 75 provably fair originals
Cons
  • €10,000 monthly withdrawal limit
  • The daily bonus expires after 24 hours
  • A €50 administration fee on chargebacks

Best for: altcoin holders and players who want crypto and Interac in one account.

3. Thrill: Best for no published withdrawal cap

Thrill logo

3.9/5GOOD

Thrill doesn't publish a maximum withdrawal or a minimum deposit, so it works whether you're moving a few dollars or a large balance. It accepts 15 coins, pays out instantly once the network confirms, and shows you the network fee before you hit confirm.

There's no first-deposit match. Instead, you'll earn instant rakeback, cash level-up payments from $15 at Bronze to $12,800 at Diamond I, and entries into a $75,000 weekly race. Thrill launched in 2025 and holds two licences: Curaçao OGL/2024/1052/0508 and Anjouan ALSI-202506019-FI1.

No crypto yet? You can buy it through MoonPay or Swapped, though Swapped charges 4% for Interac in Canada. Our only real gripe is transparency: Thrill doesn't publish its rakeback rates or list specific limit and self-exclusion tools.

  • Games: 3,205, including 85 live tables and 12 provably fair originals
  • Mobile: an app-style site in your browser, with no native app listed
  • Support: 24/7 live chat, typically answering in about 2 minutes, plus email
  • VIP: a personal host from the Emerald I tier, and VIP status transfer on request
Pros
  • No published withdrawal maximum
  • No minimum deposit
  • Cash level-up rewards from the first tier
Cons
  • No welcome bonus
  • Rakeback rates aren't published
  • Limit and self-exclusion tools aren't listed

Best for: high-stakes crypto players who want no withdrawal ceiling and don't need a welcome bonus.

4. Jack.com: Best for a large lobby and CAD accounts

Jack.com logo

3.9/5GOOD

Jack.com has the biggest game library on our list, with more than 10,400 titles from 84 providers, and you can keep your account in CAD. That includes 8,664 slots, 517 live tables and 22 provably fair originals.

You can fund your account with 18 cryptocurrencies, including Monero and Dash, or with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Routine crypto withdrawals typically clear in 10 to 12 minutes, though the terms allow up to 24 hours. The site relaunched as Jack.com in May 2026 after running as Jackbit since 2022, and it's operated by Data Link Digital B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1562/1139.

The welcome offer is modest: a 20% rakeback boost for 72 hours, with no wagering. Just watch out for two fees, €10 a month after 12 months of inactivity and a processing charge if you withdraw after betting less than 3 times your last deposit.

  • Withdrawal limits: $50,000 per 7 days and $100,000 per 30 days
  • Sign-up: email or Google, with no documents needed to register
  • Mobile: an installable web app for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS
  • Support: 24/7 live chat, typically within 2 minutes, plus email
Pros
  • 10,400+ games and 22 provably fair originals
  • CAD account currency
  • Fast routine crypto cashouts
Cons
  • The welcome boost adds little cash value
  • Withdrawals capped at $50,000 a week
  • Inactivity and low-turnover fees

Best for: slot players who want the biggest lobby on our list and a CAD account.

5. Rainbet: Best for daily reloads and races

Rainbet logo

3.8/5GOOD

If you play most days, Rainbet could be a good fit. You can claim up to three reloads a day, rakeback lands as withdrawable cash every 15 minutes, and races pay $25,000 a day, $100,000 a week and $1,000,000 a month.

You can fund your account with 25 cryptocurrencies across 17 networks, Interac e-Transfer or a card on-ramp, from $5. Small crypto withdrawals from verified accounts typically land in under 15 minutes, while large or flagged ones can take up to 7 business days for checks. Rainbet launched in 2023 under RBGAMING N.V. with an Anjouan licence, though the licence number isn't published.

The welcome offer comes in two versions. The locked path pays up to $1,750 plus 60 free spins on Sweet Bonanza over three deposits, with 40x wagering on your deposit plus the bonus. The No Wager Lock path matches up to 100% of your first deposit and releases it as you bet.

  • Withdrawal limits: no published cap
  • Games: 7,473, including 15 provably fair originals
  • Mobile: a mobile-optimized web app, with no native app
  • Support: 24/7 live chat, typically answering in 2 to 3 minutes, plus email
  • Player protection: self-exclusion from 90 days, a session cool-off and optional 2FA
Pros
  • Interac e-Transfer plus 25 coins on 17 networks
  • A choice between a classic and a no-wager welcome offer
  • Rakeback paid as withdrawable cash
Cons
  • 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus on the locked path
  • Games above 97.4% RTP are blocked during bonus play
  • Code-based bonuses capped at $50 in winnings

Best for: daily players who chase reloads and races, and Canadians who fund with Interac.

6. CasinOK: Best for weekly cashback

CasinOK logo

3.6/5GOOD

CasinOK returns 10% of your eligible weekly net losses as cashback, with just 1x wagering. On top of that, its Boss Club pays 10% to 15% rakeback with no wagering. CasinOK launched in 2025 under Ryker B.V., with Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1800/1049 listed as active.

The welcome package is worth up to $3,250 plus 350 free spins over four deposits from $20 each, with 35x wagering on the bonus, a $5 maximum bet and 7 days to clear. On a $1,000 bonus, that's $35,000 in bets within a week. Winnings from bonus offers are capped at 5 times the bonus.

If you bank in crypto, you'll get far more room to cash out: $100,000 a week, compared with $7,500 for fiat or mixed deposits. Unfortunately, 20% of a withdrawal can be deducted if a deposit wasn't wagered once. In September 2025, Sweden's regulator Spelinspektionen banned the operator from targeting Swedish players.

  • Payments: 11 coins, plus Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and MiFinity
  • Games: 9,089 from 98 providers, with no in-house originals
  • Mobile: mobile browser only, with no app
  • Support: 24/7 live chat in English and French, among other languages, plus email
  • Player protection: self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years, and 2FA
Pros
  • 10% weekly cashback at 1x wagering
  • Boss Club rakeback of 10% to 15% with no wagering
  • Interac and e-wallets alongside crypto
Cons
  • 7 days to clear 35x welcome wagering
  • 20% of a withdrawal can be deducted if a deposit wasn't wagered once
  • A 10 USDC monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity

Best for: players who want regular cashback and much higher crypto cashout limits than fiat.

7. Dexsport: Best for altcoins and memecoins

Dexsport logo

3.6/5GOOD

Dexsport accepts 53 coins on 24 networks, including Solana tokens and memecoins that few casinos list, and you can sign up by connecting a crypto wallet. Its smart contracts have been audited by CertiK and Pessimistic. Dexsport has run since 2022 under Dexapp LTD with Anjouan licence ALSI-202508043-FI2.

It also has the largest welcome offer on our list: up to $10,000 plus 300 free spins over three deposits at 130%, 150% and 200%. Keep in mind the terms are tight, with 40x wagering, a $100 maximum bet, 7 days to clear and winnings capped at $4,000 on the first bonus and $3,000 on the next two. Weekly cashback of 5% to 15% applies by VIP level.

Dexsport is crypto-only, with no fiat options. Withdrawals are instant once approved, but the minimum is $10 on every coin, casino cashouts need 2x deposit turnover, and KYC checks can take up to 14 business days.

  • Games: 7,700, with no provably fair originals, plus a sportsbook
  • Sign-up: Google, Telegram, email or WalletConnect
  • Mobile: browser-based play, with no app listed
  • Support: live chat, typically answering in about 3 minutes, plus email; hours aren't stated
Pros
  • 53 coins on 24 networks
  • Wallet-connect sign-up
  • Audited smart contracts
Cons
  • Strict win caps on the welcome bonus
  • KYC checks can take up to 14 business days
  • No published withdrawal limits or responsible-gambling tools

Best for: altcoin and memecoin holders who prefer to sign up with a wallet.

8. Winna: Best for instant rakeback

Winna logo

3.5/5GOOD

Winna lets you claim rakeback every 7 minutes, so rewards build up while you play. From Platinum level, you can also request lossback of up to 25% of net losses. There's no welcome bonus, and deposits need only 1x turnover before you can withdraw.

You can deposit 13 coins, including Winna's own SHFL token, from $5. Approved withdrawals are instant and capped at $10,000 per 24 hours, and ID checks kick in on first, flagged or larger cashouts, usually clearing within 72 hours. Winna launched in 2024 under GG Gaming LLC of Costa Rica with a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, though the licence number isn't published.

Just keep in mind that Winna's terms exclude Ontario, so it isn't an option if you live there.

  • Games: 5,085 from 86 providers, 92 live tables and 16 originals, all provably fair
  • Promotions: a $10,000 daily race and a $50,000 weekly race
  • Mobile: mobile-browser play, with no verified native app
  • Support: 24/7 live chat and email, plus Telegram
  • Player protection: limits, self-exclusion and 2FA

9. Axe Casino: Best for Interac and CAD high roller bonuses

Axe Casino logo

3.4/5FAIR

Axe Casino has the most Canada-focused cashier on our list, taking Interac, iDebit, MuchBetter, MiFinity, ecoPayz and cards in CAD alongside 7 cryptocurrencies. It's run by Novatrix SRL, the same operator as Oliver Casino, under Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 2, and Ontario isn't on its restricted list.

The welcome package is worth up to C$5,625 plus 200 free spins over four deposits with codes AXE1 to AXE4, with 45x wagering, a C$8 maximum bet and 7 days per bonus. If you deposit at least C$800 at a time, you can claim up to C$23,000 plus 350 free spins instead. A reload calendar runs from Monday to the weekend, and you can join the VIP club with a €500 deposit or by transferring VIP status from another casino.

On the crypto side, Axe is more limited. It takes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, XRP, USDT and Dogecoin, processes withdrawals within 72 hours of approval, and sets method maximums such as 0.6 BTC and 20,000 USDT. You'll also need to verify your ID before any Bitcoin play.

  • Withdrawal limits: €/$4,000 a day, 10,000 a week and 25,000 a month
  • Player protection: deposit, loss and wager limits by day, week or month; cooling-off from 1 week to 6 months; self-exclusion from 6 months to permanent

10. Oliver Casino: Best for mixing CAD and crypto

Oliver Casino logo

3.3/5FAIR

Oliver Casino suits you if you bank mostly in CAD but want crypto as a fee-free option. It accepts 9 cryptocurrencies with no casino fees and low minimums, from 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT. It's operated by Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica under Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 2, the same as Axe Casino.

The welcome package offers up to C$2,250 plus 300 free spins over three deposits of at least C$30, with code READY, 40x wagering and 7 days per bonus, and high rollers can claim up to C$9,000 plus 450 free spins. Unfortunately for crypto players, these bonuses apply to non-crypto currencies only, so a crypto deposit won't earn one.

Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours, once each deposit has been wagered 3 times. You'll also need to verify your ID before any Bitcoin play, and Oliver may make a verification phone call. Its terms restrict players in Ontario and New Brunswick.

  • Withdrawal limits: €/$2,500 a day, 7,500 a week and 15,000 a month

How we rate crypto casinos

We score every casino on our list against 10 criteria, each out of 5, and the overall rating is the average of the 10. The criteria cover what matters most when you gamble with crypto in Canada: how fast and how freely you can cash out, which coins you can use, and whether the site is open and safe in your province.

CriterionWhat we check
Licence and operatorNamed operator, licence number and whether it can be checked with the regulator
Canada fitCAD support, Canadian payment methods such as Interac, and restricted provinces
Coin rangeNumber of cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and networks supported
Payout speedStated processing time for crypto withdrawals
Withdrawal limitsDaily, weekly and monthly caps, and big-win instalment rules
Fees and minimumsDeposit and withdrawal fees, minimums and turnover charges
KYC and privacyWhat you need to sign up, deposit and withdraw, and how long checks take
Bonus valueOffer size, wagering, time limits, win caps and whether crypto deposits qualify
Games and fairnessLobby size, live dealer tables and provably fair originals
Protection and supportDeposit limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion and 24/7 support

Scores of 4.5 to 5.0 are EXCELLENT, 3.5 to 4.4 GOOD, 2.5 to 3.4 FAIR and below 2.5 POOR. If two casinos tie, the one with the stronger Canada fit ranks higher, then the one with higher withdrawal limits. Not every casino publishes every figure, so where something isn't stated, we say so in the review. Facts and figures were checked in October 2026.

Ontario and Alberta: what the regulated markets mean for crypto casinos

If you live in Ontario or Alberta, the offshore crypto casinos on this list aren't authorized in your province. Both provinces run regulated online casino markets, and none of our 10 picks shows an Ontario or Alberta registration in its terms.

In Ontario, any gaming site open to Ontarians must be registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operate through iGaming Ontario. The AGCO says unregulated sites don't guarantee player protections, and in May 2026 it fined two game suppliers $40,000 each for making their games available on unregulated sites. Oliver Casino and Winna exclude Ontario in their terms.

Alberta opened its own regulated market on July 13, 2026. Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) regulates it, and the Alberta iGaming Corporation signs agreements with approved operators, close to 50 of them by mid-October. A grace period for unregulated operators ended on October 13, 2026, so operators without an agreement must stop serving Albertans. If you don't see the Alberta iGaming Corporation logo on a site, that can be a sign it isn't authorized.

So if you're in Ontario or Alberta, a provincially authorized site is the only option that comes with full local player protection.

Which cryptocurrencies can you use at online casinos?

Bitcoin and Ethereum are the core coins at crypto casinos, and stablecoins such as Tether let you play without your balance swinging with the market. The coin you pick matters more for fees, speed and price swings than for access, and faster networks such as Solana and Tron usually cost less to move.

CoinWhy you might use it
Bitcoin (BTC)The most widely accepted coin and the default for Bitcoin casino play
Ethereum (ETH)Widely supported, with many tokens on its network
Tether (USDT)A stablecoin pegged to the US dollar, so your balance doesn't swing with the market
Litecoin (LTC)Faster and usually cheaper to send than Bitcoin
Dogecoin (DOGE)Low-cost transfers and small minimum deposits
XRPQuick settlement with low network fees
Solana (SOL)A very fast, low-fee network
Tron (TRX)A popular low-fee network for moving USDT
USD Coin (USDC)A second US dollar stablecoin
BNBThe BNB Chain network's native coin

Coin lists vary by casino. Axe Casino takes 7 coins and Oliver Casino 9, while BC.GAME (100+ coins) and Dexsport (53 coins on 24 networks) cover the widest range of altcoins and tokens. Accepted coins as of October 2026.

Before you deposit, check two things: that you're sending coins on a network the casino lists for that coin, and what the coin's minimum withdrawal is. Dexsport, for example, sets a $10 minimum on every coin, while Thrill's starts at about $0.32.

How to deposit and withdraw crypto

Moving crypto in and out of a casino works wallet to wallet. You send coins to an address the casino gives you, and the casino sends your winnings to an address you provide. The coin and its blockchain network have to match on both sides, and a withdrawal only leaves once the casino approves it.

Good to know: a network is the blockchain a coin travels on. USDT, for example, runs on several networks, and an address on one won't receive coins sent on another.

How to deposit crypto

  1. Buy coins on a crypto trading platform registered with Canadian securities regulators, or use a wallet you already have.
  2. Open the casino's Cashier and choose Deposit.
  3. Pick the coin and the network it runs on, such as USDT on Tron or on Ethereum.
  4. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code; for XRP, copy the destination tag too.
  5. Check the coin's minimum deposit. At Oliver Casino, for example, Bitcoin deposits start at 0.0001 BTC.
  6. Send the coins and wait for network confirmations before your balance updates.

How to withdraw crypto

  1. Meet the deposit turnover rule: 1x at Cloudbet, BC.GAME, Jack.com and Winna, 2x for casino play at Dexsport and 3x at Oliver Casino.
  2. Complete any ID check the casino asks for; a first or large withdrawal can trigger one.
  3. Paste a wallet address on the same network you select in the Cashier.
  4. Check the minimum withdrawal: $10 at Dexsport, $15 at Rainbet, and $20 at Winna and CasinOK.
  5. Confirm the request, then wait for approval and network confirmations.

Most casinos on our list charge only the blockchain network fee on crypto withdrawals, so a low-fee network such as Tron or Litecoin lets you keep more of a small cashout. Keep in mind that Cloudbet's terms also allow a handling charge of up to 5%.

“The mistake I'd most want readers to avoid is sending coins on the wrong network. USDT on Tron and USDT on Ethereum look the same in a wallet, but they aren't interchangeable, and a transfer to a mismatched address usually can't be recovered. With any new casino address, I'd send a small test amount first.”

Crypto casino bonuses: what you can claim with Bitcoin and other coins

You'll find two main kinds of bonuses at crypto casinos: classic deposit matches that come with wagering, and ongoing rewards such as rakeback, cashback and cash drops with little or no wagering. Before you claim anything, make sure crypto deposits qualify. Oliver Casino's bonuses, for example, apply to non-crypto currencies only.

Bonus typeHow it worksWhere we found it
Deposit matchThe casino adds a percentage of your deposit as bonus funds, which you must wager before cashing outCasinOK (up to $3,250 + 350 free spins), Dexsport (up to $10,000 + 300 free spins), Rainbet (up to $1,750 + 60 free spins)
Staged deposit bonusA percentage bonus that unlocks gradually as you bet, instead of a fixed wagering multipleBC.GAME (180% to 360% over four stages)
Wager-free cash rewardsRewards paid as cash with no rollover multiplierCloudbet (up to $2,500 over 30 days)
RakebackA share of the casino's edge on your bets, returned as cash or creditCloudbet (5% to 10%), CasinOK Boss Club (10% to 15%), Jack.com, Winna and Thrill
Cashback and lossbackA percentage of net losses returned weekly or on requestCasinOK (10% weekly, 1x wagering), Dexsport (5% to 15% weekly), Winna (up to 25% from Platinum)
Races and level-up rewardsPrize pools for the biggest wagerers, and cash for reaching new VIP levelsRainbet ($25,000 daily to $1,000,000 monthly), Thrill ($75,000 weekly, level-ups from $15), Winna ($10,000 daily, $50,000 weekly)

Offers as of October 2026. Dollar amounts are as each casino lists them.

Good to know: rakeback pays back a share of the house edge on every bet, win or lose. Cashback returns a share of your net losses, so it only pays when you're down.

How wagering works on a crypto bonus

Wagering is how much you need to bet before bonus money turns into cash you can withdraw, and it's shown as a multiple. At CasinOK, a $1,000 bonus at 35x means $35,000 in bets within 7 days. At Axe Casino, a C$100 bonus at 45x means C$4,500 in bets.

It also matters what the multiple applies to. Rainbet's locked welcome path applies 40x to your deposit plus the bonus: on a $100 deposit matched with $100, that's $8,000 in bets, twice the $4,000 you'd need if only the bonus counted. Its No Wager Lock path skips the multiple and releases the match as you bet.

If your balance sits in Bitcoin or another volatile coin, its CAD value could rise or fall while you're still clearing the wagering. That's why we think a stablecoin such as USDT or USDC is the safer choice for bonus play.

Crypto bonus terms to check before you deposit

  • Crypto eligibility: Oliver Casino gives no bonuses on crypto deposits, and Axe Casino's terms don't say either way, so ask support before you deposit coins
  • Win caps: Dexsport caps welcome bonus winnings at $4,000 on the first deposit and $3,000 on the next two, and CasinOK caps them at 5 times the bonus
  • Maximum bets: $5 at CasinOK, C$8 at Axe Casino and $100 at Dexsport while a bonus is active
  • Deadlines: CasinOK, Dexsport and Axe Casino give you 7 days to clear each bonus, and BC.GAME's daily bonus expires after 24 hours
  • Game restrictions: Rainbet blocks games with a return to player (RTP) above 97.4% during bonus play
  • Code bonus caps: winnings from Rainbet's code-based bonuses are capped at $50

If you'd rather skip wagering altogether, our editors' pick is Cloudbet: its welcome rewards of up to $2,500 are paid as cash with no rollover multiplier. If you prefer a classic deposit match, CasinOK's 35x is the lowest multiple among our picks, but plan around its 7-day deadline.

Pros and cons of using crypto to gamble

Crypto's biggest advantages at an online casino are speed and low costs. Its biggest drawbacks are price swings, transfers you can't reverse and weaker player protection.

Advantages of crypto gambling

  • Fast cashouts: seven of our 10 picks pay approved crypto withdrawals instantly or within minutes
  • Low minimums: deposits start from about $0.01 at BC.GAME and $1 at Jack.com
  • Few casino fees: most sites charge only the blockchain network fee
  • Lighter sign-up: several sites on our list don't ask for documents until you withdraw or your account is flagged
  • Provably fair games: in-house originals at sites like BC.GAME and Winna can be checked for fairness

Good to know: a provably fair game lets you check each round's result against cryptographic data the casino publishes, so the outcome can't be changed after you bet.

Drawbacks of crypto gambling

  • Price swings: a Bitcoin balance could lose value between deposit and withdrawal, unless you use a stablecoin
  • No chargebacks: a payment sent to the wrong address or network can't be reversed
  • Bonus exclusions: some casinos, such as Oliver Casino, don't give bonuses on crypto deposits
  • Weaker limits: deposit limits may not apply to crypto, as Axe Casino's terms note
  • Offshore licensing: Canadian regulators can't step in if you have a dispute
  • Tax records: cashing out or swapping coins can count as a disposition for the CRA

Crypto casinos vs traditional (fiat) casinos: which is right for you?

Crypto casinos usually pay out faster, take smaller deposits and let you withdraw more than fiat banking does. Traditional casinos that use Interac, cards and e-wallets give you a stable CAD balance, card dispute rights and, in Ontario and Alberta, provincial regulation. Several sites on our list offer both, so you can choose method by method.

FeatureCrypto casinosFiat (traditional) casinos
Payment methodsBitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins and altcoinsInterac, iDebit, cards and e-wallets
Withdrawal speedInstant or within minutes after approval at seven of our 10 picksWithin 72 hours for Interac at Axe Casino; 1 to 3 business days for fiat at CasinOK
Withdrawal limitsOften higher: CasinOK allows $100,000 a week in cryptoOften lower: CasinOK allows $7,500 a week for fiat or mixed deposits; Axe Casino caps Interac at C$3,000 per withdrawal
Minimum depositFrom about $0.01 at BC.GAMEC$30 for most methods at Oliver Casino and Axe Casino
FeesMostly the blockchain network feeDepends on the method and your bank
ID checksOften only at withdrawal or when an account is flaggedUsually required; CasinOK, for example, asks for KYC on fiat
BonusesRakeback, cashback and wager-free rewards; some casinos exclude crypto depositsClassic CAD match bonuses, such as Oliver Casino's up to C$2,250 + 300 free spins
Payment reversalsTransfers can't be reversedCard payments can be disputed through your bank
Value stabilityCoin prices can swing, unless you use a stablecoinBalances stay in CAD
RegulationOffered by the offshore-licensed sites on our listRegulated sites in Ontario and Alberta and provincial sites elsewhere use fiat banking
TaxSelling or swapping crypto can create a capital gain or lossCasual winnings generally aren't taxed

Figures as of October 2026.

If you already hold coins and want fast, high-limit cashouts, crypto is probably the better fit. If you want a fixed CAD budget, card dispute rights or a provincially regulated site, fiat could suit you better. And if you'd like both in one account, BC.GAME, Rainbet, CasinOK and Axe Casino take Interac alongside crypto.

“I'd pick fiat over crypto when sticking to a budget matters most. A C$100 Interac deposit stays C$100, and deposit limits work as intended, while Axe Casino's own terms say crypto deposits can't be capped. For cashing out a big win, though, I'd want crypto: the limits are higher and approval is the only real wait.”

Crypto casino red flags to check before you deposit

Most problems at crypto casinos start in the terms, not the games. These are the warning signs we found in the terms of our 10 picks:

  • No licence number on the site: Rainbet and Winna name their licensing body but don't publish a number you can check with the regulator
  • Withdrawal caps that shrink: BC.GAME halves its €10,000 monthly limit to €5,000 once your balance tops 10 times your deposits
  • Turnover fees: Jack.com charges if you bet less than 3 times your last deposit, and CasinOK can deduct 20% if a deposit wasn't wagered once
  • Limits that skip crypto: Axe Casino's terms say crypto deposits can't be capped with deposit limits
  • Slow verification: Dexsport's KYC checks can take up to 14 business days
  • No listed safer-gambling tools: Thrill and Dexsport don't publish limit or self-exclusion options
  • Regulatory action elsewhere: Sweden's Spelinspektionen banned CasinOK's operator from targeting Swedish players in September 2025

None of these rules a casino out on its own, and most sites on our list have at least one. It just helps to know which ones you're accepting before you deposit.

Which crypto casino suits you? Our verdict by player type

Cloudbet and BC.GAME are our best all-round picks, but the right site for you could depend on how you play and how you bank.

For most Canadian crypto players, we'd start with Cloudbet or BC.GAME: both combine fast approved payouts, wide coin support and fair reward terms. Whichever you choose, check whether your province runs a regulated market first, and confirm the current terms on the casino's own site before you deposit.

Responsible gambling with crypto

Crypto deposits clear in minutes, which can make it easy to spend more than you planned. Set a budget in CAD before you play, and treat a crypto balance as money spent rather than an investment that might go up.

Limit and exclusion tools vary by casino:

  • Deposit, loss and wager limits: Axe Casino lets you set them by day, week or month, and Cloudbet offers deposit limits
  • Cooling-off: from 24 hours at Cloudbet to 6 months at Axe Casino
  • Self-exclusion: up to lifetime at Cloudbet and permanently at Axe Casino
  • A crypto caveat: some casinos can't apply deposit limits to crypto, so a fiat method may suit you better if you need a hard cap
  • Provincial self-exclusion: Alberta's centralized self-exclusion covers its regulated sites, not offshore ones

If gambling stops feeling like fun, free and confidential help is available. In Ontario, ConnexOntario offers problem gambling information and referrals 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600, and your provincial health services can point you to local support elsewhere.

Crypto casinos Canada FAQ

What is the best crypto casino in Canada?

Cloudbet and BC.GAME share our top score of 4.0 out of 5. Cloudbet ranks first on our tie-break for its wager-free cash rewards and long track record, while BC.GAME leads on coin choice, with more than 100 cryptocurrencies and Interac deposits.

Are Bitcoin casinos legal in Canada?

Canada's provinces run or authorize legal online gambling under section 207 of the Criminal Code. Bitcoin casinos licensed abroad aren't part of that system, and Ontario and Alberta require operators to be registered or authorized there.

Which crypto casino pays out the fastest?

Jack.com typically processes routine crypto withdrawals in 10 to 12 minutes, while Thrill, BC.GAME, Cloudbet, Winna and Dexsport pay instantly once a withdrawal is approved. Network confirmation times still apply.

Can I use Interac at a crypto casino?

Yes, at several. BC.GAME, Rainbet, CasinOK and Axe Casino accept Interac, and Thrill lets you buy crypto with Interac through Swapped for a 4% fee.

Do crypto casinos require KYC?

Most don't ask for documents when you sign up, but all of them can ask for ID before or after a withdrawal. Oliver Casino and Axe Casino ask you to verify your ID before any Bitcoin play.

Are crypto casino winnings taxable in Canada?

Casual gambling winnings generally aren't taxed in Canada, but the CRA treats selling, swapping or spending crypto as a disposition that may create a capital gain or loss. It's a good idea to keep a record of the CAD value of each transaction.

Which crypto casino has the biggest welcome bonus?

Dexsport offers up to $10,000 plus 300 free spins over three deposits, with 40x wagering and win caps. If you're a high roller banking in CAD, Axe Casino's package reaches C$23,000 plus 350 free spins for deposits of C$800 or more.
