Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of The Custom Vault. If an error is attributable to The Custom Vault, the customer must first allow The Custom Vault the opportunity to correct it before a refund is considered.

Once an order is submitted and payment is accepted, products, quantities, sizes, fulfillment details and need-by dates cannot be changed. Design-proof revisions remain subject to the revision policy below.

By submitting payment, the customer accepts the stated turnaround time and acknowledges that custom designs are unique. Exact replication is not guaranteed unless the customer provides an exact, production-ready design file. Production begins only after full payment, all required details and design approval are received.

A non-refundable $25 custom design fee is required for standard portal requests. It is credited toward the final order total and must be paid before mock-ups are delivered. The fee includes up to two revisions; each additional revision is $15. Rockdale County School Requests are exempt from this upfront fee.

The $25 custom design fee is always non-refundable. If a customer cancels after paying the remaining invoice, The Custom Vault retains 50% of the full order total as the cancellation fee. The $25 already paid is included within that retained amount, not added on top of it.

Invoices are valid until the end of the business day on which they are issued, Eastern Time. If payment is not received by that deadline, the invoice may be canceled and the customer may lose their position in the production queue.

All remaining balances must be paid in full through the Square invoice, and the required contract must be signed, before production begins.
