This goes off the bad ending of omori. Also is very angst heavy. Kel is a severely depressed 18-year-old after his best friend jumped from Farway's hospital's roof two years ago. Now handling grief all over again, but his friends are there to help, right? Nope, after Sunny's funeral Kel lost all trust in Hero, Aubrey, and Basil (emphasis on hero and Basil), even now hating on them. Only Kim and Mekhal (the maverick) were there for him then and now. Getting extremely close with them even dating Mekhal. Now after befriending the hooligans, Kel after all of that he starts showing his depression off in an angry way instead of a sad way. Getting into fights with his old friends left and right. Never causing "too much" damage. Kel feels alone, eventually blaming himself to the point of having gilt hallucinations of Sunny. Even convening himself that was the real Sunny. Kel can't help but to listen to "Sunny". She's right, he's wrong. In the end it wasn't enough. She seems angry. Telling him to do more crazy shit. Like cutting, drugs, even getting into physical fights with his brother. All he can do is hope she doesn't get angrier. All he can do is hope for the best.
