A personal info update! I just left Microsoft Research AI for Science Lab @MSFTResearch , where is a terrific place to work. I’ll join HKUST @hkust Department of Chemistry this winter as an AP. Aim to recruit PhDs & postdocs 2026 Spring. Visiting students can start anytime

The AI for Science workshop is returning to #NeurIPS 2026 in Sydney, Australia! Our focus for this workshop is on verification. High quality verifiers have closed the loop and accelerated AI capabilites in math and coding. But building verifiers in for science is much harder.
