This blog is sick! Astra can edit the weights of a smaller network to fix bugs like reasoning loops 🤯🤯🤯 My favorite part is they include all the logs which demystifies how this is possible (lots of careful reasoning over attention maps and activations). Astra even

We asked GPT-6 Astra to edit Qwen3.5-0.8B weights to improve math. It directly changed only 0.016% of weights, fixing 0.8B's reasoning loops & improving math up to 6x and even instruction following 3x, without gradients or training. We call this Weight-Space Programming:
Readers added context
LLM was given weights explicitly as text in prompt and used code/forward passes (per authors' logs) to ablate Qwen looping direction, a known thinking-mode issue per model card. Primarily fixed repetition in that mode, not general 'natively' improving weights/math. rikiyat.github.io/blog/weight-sp… github.com/RikiyaT/lm_und… huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen3.5-0… huggingface.co/RikiyaT/Qwen3.…

Jobs are modeled as bundles of tasks. But as jobs change, how do we keep those task lists up to date? Workers often experience new responsibilities and tools before they reach their job descriptions. We start by listening to them. 🧵

Super cool team working on exciting stuff in the Automatic Metrics space 🐐 Had the pleasure of speaking with @alexshander03 a few times much earlier on in both of our projects! Can’t wait to see where they take this!

We’re launching @JudgmentLabs today and announcing $32M in funding. As AI agents take on more of the work that creates economic value, they generate massive amounts of production data: the clearest record of how they behave with users, software, and the real world. Judgment
