I'm thrilled and very excited to share that my NSF CAREER award came through yesterday!! It took multiple years of preparation and failed attempts to get here, so this victory is very sweet and personal.
New paper on robust quantum sensing under noise without active error correction! We leverage a connection to weight enumerators of classical codes to extend the HNLS condition to this setting. Great work by my PhD student Oskar Novak. Check out arxiv.org/abs/2503.15743.
Just a few more days left for the deadline of @IEEEorg@ieee_itsoc JSAIT Special Issue on Quantum Error Correction and Fault Tolerance (itsoc.org/jsait/jsait-ca…)! Thank you to all who already submitted your exciting work. We look forward to receiving more!
I am Co-Editing a special issue on Quantum Error Correction and Fault Tolerance for the @ieee_itsoc IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Information Theory (JSAIT). This is a joint effort with Prof. Navin Kashyap, Prof. Bane Vasic and Prof. Pavel Panteleev. Deadline is Oct. 31st.
Excited to share that I got selected as an Editor for @quantumjournal ! It has been bit more than 7 years since I made the switch from classical coding to quantum research. This feels like a vindication of that decision. Thanks to my family, mentors and friends for their support!
