About Proximity Performance
Built for Dallas Athletes. Backed by Doctors Who Get It.
Proximity Performance is a Dallas-based Physical Therapy clinic built to give active adults something the traditional PT system rarely offers: direct access, dedicated time, and a provider who actually understands your training goals.

Why Proximity Performance Exists
After working inside the traditional insurance-based system, Dr. Rever founded Proximity Performance to close the gap between what patients need and what the system actually delivers. Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one, and led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy — no aides, no handoffs, no rushed care. The goal is always the same: identify the root cause, build a real plan, and get you back to the activities you love.
What We Believe About Good Physical Therapy
Good physical therapy isn't about managing symptoms long enough for you to stop complaining. It's about understanding why your body broke down, addressing it at the source, and giving you the tools to keep it from happening again. That's the standard we hold every session to.
Root Cause, Not Just Symptoms
We don't treat the pain — we find out why it's there. Every evaluation starts with understanding the full picture before we build a plan.
One-on-One, Every Session
You work directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in every 60-minute session. No techs, no aides, no splitting time with other patients.
Performance Is the Goal
Pain-free isn't the finish line — getting back to running, lifting, and competing at your best is. We build your treatment around that target.
Direct Access, No Runaround
No referral required. No insurance delays. You book directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and start getting answers on day one.
