Talos Fellowship
For people early in their career who already have a foothold in AI governance.
7 weeks of training, a published policy piece and 1 week at the Talos Summit. Optionally, a 6-month placement with a stipend at a European organisation or institution.
ExplorePolicy Leaders Programme
For professionals with 8+ years of experience in a field adjacent to AI governance.
7 weeks of training designed around a full-time role, a weekly 1:1 with a Programme Lead and 1 week at the Talos Summit, alongside experienced peers.

Find a co-founder, build your project full-time on a monthly stipend, then pitch for seed funding.

About us
Over the next few years, governments and institutions across Europe will make decisions about how frontier AI is developed, deployed and regulated. Yet the number of people working on European AI governance is still small for the size of the problem.
We believe the risk of large-scale harm from frontier AI is lower when people who understand the technology work inside the institutions that govern it. We grow this expertise across Europe, place it where AI policy is made, and connect people through a network that extends beyond any single cohort.
