Why doesn't Amp have PR support? Because building for where you are today means that in six months “we also make you look like a bozo in your company, and we waste a lot of your time.” @sqs and @thorstenball on walking the frontier instead.

@thorstenball pushed a migration that removed a column old pods were still writing to. 500s for the whole rollout. Would mandatory review have saved him? Maybe. Would it have been worth the churn and moving slower? Definitely not.
