25. Solo dev. 0 followers. Starting from scratch. Goal: €5-10k MRR in 12 months building micro-SaaS products with AI. No team. No VC. Just shipping and seeing what sticks. First product is live in 14 days or it's dead. Posting everything, the wins, the flops, the numbers.

Hot take: Vibe coding is the new drop shipping. $200 a month to build apps nobody buys.

When I was CTO, the "quick add" always came late. "Can we just add one more integration?" Out of scope. But we built it anyway. @_MonoDesk checks late requests against what was agreed and drafts the pushback for you. Would have been super useful back then. And it's free!

Running a creative business is hard enough without the 11pm “quick add before launch” emails. Proposals, projects, client sign-off and the agreed scope, all in one calm place. So when the late request lands, you already know what was agreed. Less admin. More creative flow.
