I came into the summer running 22.76 (200m) and 11.37 (100m). One month later, I’m leaving with 21.85 and 10.95.
I never imagined this much progress could happen in such a short amount of time. Forever grateful to my Peak family for believing in me.

🚨PR ALERT!! 🚨
Dropped 0.7 seconds off my PR in just one week . Huge thank you to Peak Performance for the hospitality and incredible coaches. The work is just getting started, and I’m excited to see what my senior year brings. New PR (21.84) #TrustTheProcess@ephstfxc
Working on the little things now so they pay off later. Been putting time into my hurdles and learning how to 3-step consistently. Still a work in progress, but every rep is getting me closer. @ephstfxc@AthleticsEP
Meet Review ( Mark trail )
Ran the 800m for the first time (and probably the last ). Even though it wasn’t my event, it was nice stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something different.
New 200m pr : 22.53
