66 0.9.2.0 comes with doc/66-contracts.md (git.obarun.org/Obarun/66/-/bl…):
for every command, each situation with its exit code, its effect and its exact message. A refused command changes nothing. -P acts on the named services only. If 66 does otherwise, it's a bug.
