How a moment becomes a step

Start with
one real moment.

A journal entry, a mood check-in or a Quick Chat. Choose the starting point that fits what you want to explore.

  1. Capture the moment

Write down what happened and how it felt. A few honest sentences give you something concrete to return to.

  2. Look at it from another angle

Ask Zenora to help you reflect. A question or another perspective can make room for something you had not considered.

  3. Choose what to carry forward

Keep a thought in your journal or set a personal goal. You decide what feels useful and what to do next.

What reflection can look like
“I said yes to another task, even though my week already feels full.”
A question to explore
“What did saying yes protect in that moment, and what did it cost you?”
A next step you might choose

Before my next commitment, I will pause and check what I can realistically take on.

Context, on your terms

Not a blank page.
A conversation that
starts from your words.

Reflect on one entry or a whole period, or start a Quick Chat about something on your mind right now. With your permission, the conversation can start from what you have actually written.

Where supported, Zenora can use relevant journal entries, mood check-ins and goals to help connect the conversation. The context available depends on the feature, your saved information and your app version.

You choose what feels useful.

AI offers questions and perspectives. It can misunderstand a situation or get things wrong.

You stay in control.

AI only with your permission, automatic memory off by default, and you can delete single entries or your whole account in the app.

Before you begin

A few things
to know.

A clearer picture before you begin.

Ask a question
What do I get out of using Zenora?

Words for what you feel, a picture of how your mood moves over weeks, a conversation that starts from your own entries if you allow it, and small steps you choose yourself. Zenora supports self-reflection and everyday wellbeing. It does not promise a particular result, and it is not therapy.

What is an AI journal app?

An AI journal app combines writing with AI-assisted reflection. In Zenora, you can record thoughts and mood, revisit an entry in conversation and reflect on a selected period alongside your personal goals.

Why Zenora instead of a notebook or a general chatbot?

A notebook is a fine place for your thoughts, and you can keep using one. Zenora adds a one-minute check-in, patterns over time and, if you allow it, a conversation that starts from your own entries, check-ins and goals. A general-purpose chatbot is built for any topic; Zenora is built around your journal. AI can still be wrong, and you decide what to keep.

How is Quick Chat different from a journal reflection?

Quick Chat gives you a starting point when something is on your mind. A journal reflection begins with an entry you have already written. A statistics reflection looks at the selected period and the information available for it.

What are meditations made for you?

You pick what you need, such as sleep, calm or focus, and Zenora writes and reads a meditation for you from your own days. You can choose a whispered voice (ASMR). Meditations use credits. They support everyday calm and rest and are not treatment.

Can I talk to Zenora out loud?

On iPhone, yes: tap the microphone, speak, and Zenora answers out loud in a calm voice. You can also write to Zenora in a chat.

Is Zenora a therapist?

Zenora is an AI-assisted self-reflection app. You are interacting with AI, not a human therapist. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

What information can a conversation use?

Depending on the feature and app version, relevant context can include your own journal entries, mood check-ins and goals. See the privacy information for details about processing and available controls.

What does Zenora cost?

Zenora offers in-app purchases. Current plans, credit options and purchase terms are shown in the app and the applicable store. Prices and availability can differ by region and platform.

How do credits and credit packs work?

Meditations made for you use credits. You can add one-time credit packs (500 or 1,000). They never expire and are used with an active subscription. Check the app for the credit cost before you create a meditation.

Which devices and languages does Zenora support?

Zenora has iPhone and Android store listings, and the app is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. On Apple devices it runs on iPhone and iPad and has an Apple Watch app. Check your local store for device requirements and availability. Features can differ between platforms and versions.
