Messages will be posted here if and when we identify network or service errors lasting more than 5 minutes, or in case we make system changes that we think will affect our users. Messages older than 2 months will not be displayed, unless they contain currently relevant information.

We identified an issue affecting several database servers, which resulted in reduced SQL performance for some customers.

Measures have now been implemented on all affected servers, and we are already seeing a significant improvement in performance across the affected websites.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and greatly appreciate your patience while we worked to restore normal service.

The problems with the database server are now solved.

Some customers will experience brief interruptions of up to 15 minutes while we proceed with moving databases to other servers.

2026-04-28 13:21: Problems with webhosting - update
We have solved the webserver issues, but the affected database server still has problems.

For the past hours, we have worked to transfer customers to other database servers with spare capacity. This work is still in progress.

We are experience problems with one database server and some webservers for webhosting today.

We are currently experiencing issues with one of our database servers, resulting in connection errors for some of our customers. Our technicians are working on the issue.

2026-04-20 15:34: The technical issues have now been resolved.
The technical issues we experienced earlier have now been resolved. Domain registrations, ownership transfers, and updates to contact information should now be working again. We apologize for the downtime.

2026-04-20 13:41: Operational disruption at Brønnøysund Registers
We are currently experiencing challenges with the connection to the Brønnøysund registers for posting and verification of company information. The reason lies with the Brønnøysund registers and is beyond our control. This causes delays in several of our services, including:

-Domain registrations
-Change of ownership
-Updates of contact information

Other parts of our systems may also be affected, but to a lesser extent. We are following the situation closely and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2026-04-20 13:33: Operational disruption at business registry (Brønnøysundregistrene).
We are currently experiencing issues with the connection to Brønnøysundregistrene for lookups and verification of company information. The cause lies with Brønnøysundregistrene and is outside of our control. This is causing delays in several of our services, including:

-Domain registrations
-Ownership changes
-Updates to contact information

Other parts of our systems may also be affected, but to a lesser extent. We are closely monitoring the situation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2026-04-20 10:29: The problems with the web service, FTP and SSH have now been resolved.
The problems were resolved at approximately 10:15 AM. Websites, FTP and SSH are working normally again.

For some of our customers the issue has been fully/partially resolved, while others are still experiencing issues with the web service, FTP and SSH. We are working hard to resolve this and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are experiencing technical issues affecting the web service. We have several people actively working on fixing the issue.

2026-03-10 17:08: WordPress 6.9.2 Security Update
WordPress released security update 6.9.2 today.
Work is underway to release security updates for all versions from version 4.7.

We ask all customers using WordPress to update to version 6.9.2.

Versions older than those listed below are insecure.
