Accessing your Solid account

In order to improve the account management and purchasing experience, we’re in the process of moving purchasing and account management to a new site. During this transition, you’ll have access to two separate account areas:

New purchases of products made after Tuesday, October 21, 2025 will go through the new Solid Accounts site. You’ll use this site if you are a brand new customer, or an existing customer prior to this date who is making a new purchase.

Renewals for existing plans and add-on purchases made before Tuesday, October 21, 2025 will still be managed through the current Solid Member Panel system, until we are ready to migrate all customers across to the new platform.

This won’t affect your access to products or support. You’ll still log in as usual, and both systems will be available for a while until we complete the transition to Solid Accounts, and retire Member Panel. We’ll be in touch once that process is complete.
