Multi-tenant email API
that works like Stripe.
Your customers want to send email from their own domains. Integrate our API, add email to your product, and scale to thousands of tenants without touching it again.
Unlimited domains. Pay only for what you send.
Built for platforms, not single senders
Ark is for SaaS products where your customers need to send email from their own domains:
CRMs
sending as your users' businesses
Helpdesks
replying from customer domains
Invoicing tools
sending receipts as the merchant
Scheduling apps
confirmations as the business
Any vertical SaaS
handling customer communication
If you just need to send password resets from your own domain, you probably want Resend or Postmark. They're great for that.
If your customers need to send as themselves? Keep reading.
You thought you'd “just add email.”
Then you discovered...
Domain verification at scale gets complicated
Each customer needs SPF, DKIM, DMARC. Most don't know what those mean. You end up on support calls walking them through DNS.
Existing tools aren't built for this
Resend and Postmark are great for single senders. Try managing 100 customer domains and you're building a product layer on top of their API.
SES is cheap until you count engineering time
Configuration sets, tenant isolation, webhooks, retry logic, bounce handling, spam complaints, deliverability monitoring, API logs... you're not saving money, you're building infrastructure.
Tier pricing doesn't scale with platforms
Per-seat fees. Per-domain fees. Monthly tiers that charge for capacity you don't use. Your margins shrink as your customers grow.
Email infrastructure that assumes you have customers
Ark isn't a single-sender email API with multi-tenant bolted on. It's built from the ground up for platforms.
API-first everything
Domain verification, analytics, suppression lists—all accessible via API. Build your own UI. White-label the entire experience.
Domain onboarding that doesn't suck
We detect your customer's DNS provider automatically. Show them the exact fields for Cloudflare, or Namecheap, or Route53. One-click setup for supported providers.
Pricing that scales with you
$0.50 per 1,000 emails. That's it. No per-domain fees. No per-tenant fees. Add your 10th customer or your 1,000th—same rate.
Built to operate at scale
The dashboard is designed for operators managing hundreds of customers. Search, filter, debug across your entire customer base.
Your customer adds their domain. We handle the rest.
No support tickets. No “what's a TXT record?” calls. No manual verification emails.
They enter their domain
Your customer types their domain into your app (or you create it via API).
We detect their DNS provider
Cloudflare? GoDaddy? Route53? We figure it out automatically.
They see exactly what to do
Provider-specific instructions. The right field names. Copy-paste values.
One-click when possible
For Cloudflare and other supported providers, DNS is configured automatically.
You get notified
Webhook fires. Domain status updates. Your customer is sending.
DNS providers we auto-detect and guide:
Cloudflare, Vercel, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Route53, Google Cloud DNS, DigitalOcean, Porkbun, Netlify, Hetzner, and more.
How Ark compares
| Ark | Build on SES | Mailgun / Postmark | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Multi-tenant architecture | Native | DIY | Afterthought |
| Domain onboarding | Guided, auto-detect | Manual | Manual |
| Pricing model | Pay per email | Pay per email | Monthly tiers |
| API for everything | Yes | Yes | Varies |
| Time to production | Hours | Weeks | Days |
Why we don't do tiers:
Most email providers use monthly tiers to extract maximum value. Pay $20/month for 50K emails but only send 10K? You're wasting $15/month. Need 60K? Jump to the $90/month tier. That's a 350% price increase for 20% more emails.
We eliminated tiers entirely. You pay exactly $0.50 per 1,000 emails. No artificial boundaries. No wasted money.
Simple pricing. No tenant math.
Your 10th customer domain costs the same as your 500th.
No monthly fees. $2.50 free credit to get started.

Questions
We already started building on SES. Can we migrate?
Yes. Most platforms migrate in a few hours. Your domains and DNS records transfer. We can walk you through it.
How does this work with our existing dashboard?
Everything is API-accessible. Create domains, check verification status, pull analytics—all programmatically. Most platforms build domain management into their own UI.
What about deliverability? You're newer than SendGrid.
We're built on proven infrastructure and monitor deliverability obsessively. Our inbox rate is 98.39%, verified by third-party monitoring. If deliverability dips, we know before you do.
Can our customers see their own analytics?
The API returns per-domain analytics. You can expose whatever you want in your own UI—delivery rates, opens, bounces, by domain.
What happens if a customer sends spam?
We monitor for abuse and notify you. Since you control the platform, you handle it with your customer directly. We won't suspend your entire account because one tenant misbehaved.
