Who We Are

Closing the gender gap and increasing the participation, leadership, and success of women in clean energy fields are the goals of the U.S. Clean Energy Education and Empowerment (C3E) Initiative.

What We Do

Symposium

The annual U.S. C3E Women in Clean Energy Symposium is an invitation-only gathering of people across the clean energy spectrum.

Ambassadors

The U.S. C3E Ambassadors are a group of more than 40 distinguished senior professionals who represent the U.S. C3E Initiative at public forums and work to strengthen the recruitment, retention, and advancement of highly qualified women in the energy field.

AWards

The U.S. C3E Awards recognize mid-career women who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and accomplishments in clean energy.

Community

The U.S. C3E Initiative is active on social media platforms to connect women working in clean energy with information, insight, inspiration, and an opportunity to engage with peers and mentors. Many U.S.C3E Ambassadors and other professionals around the country share news and opportunities on U.S. C3E social channels.
