I have used their products in the past without issue, but that was a few years ago. Saw a floor lamp that would totally suit a room I was looking for a new one, so I ordered directly from their website. I’m disabled, so I like to use smart lights I can automate to save me keep dropping my walking aids just to turn a light on/off. I get my shiny new lamp, and can I connect, can I heckers like. And I’ve worked in IT for 30 years, so not a technophobe or newb. Try to contact their support through their app, and this is the response I got… how not to do customer service… Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to Govee Support. Our device's LAN control is primarily for setting up connections to the desktop; we do not support connections to other apps. Kind regards, Rebecca Govee Support Team I did try telling them I could get it to connect to their cloud API, so if that works, why doesn’t the local API connection work. No response as yet.

I bought a motorized projector screen from Vividstorm in 2024. Less than a year later, the motor malfunctioned and I'm no longer able to use the projector screen. I contacted Vividstorm support, and they said that they can replace the motor for me, but I will have to find a way to ship the screen back to China and pay for the shipping cost. Another option was that they would send me a motor that I would have to fix myself. In an ideal situation, I wanted them to send me a new projector screen because there's no reason it should break within a year. But that wasn't an option, so I opted for them to send me a new motor. I followed up 3 weeks later to learn that they haven't sent me the motor. I will never recommend buying from Vividstorm. They don't do right by their customers. If something happens, it's a pain to get them to resolve the issue.

I ordered an electric car for my son on Boxing Day and was told it would arrive the beginning of January. It is now February and I still have not received my item. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did, I was told another car was sent and would arrive within a few days. That never happened, and then was told from another employee a car was just dropped off at delivery service when I had previously been told another one had already been sent. I have been given the total run around and still have not received my item. While I really want to support Canadian companies, this was a total disaster and will never order from this company again.

I regularly used Zooplus but my last order kept getting delayed for 4 days in a row. When I contacted them, I was told to wait another 3 days before they would look into it. I contacted DPD and was told my parcel had been lost. No updates and I would probably still be waiting now 2 days later! My order was re-sent by Zooplus and I was told it would be with me in 2 days (which is today). When I checked it still hasn't been processed! It's been over a week now and I've had to buy another brand of cat food and litter (twice) from a different store. Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service.

We received our mat super fast and we love it. Unfortunately had a small issue with the first mat we received (things happen with products sometimes 🤷♀️) which i emailed about straight away and heard back from Ana super quickly and got a replacement mat sent out within 2 days (probably would have been faster but I was the slacker at responding!). As if we weren't super happy enough with the mat itself, the 10/10 customer service means this is a company i will recommend and purchase from again! Thank you Ana and Muscle Mat 😊

Absolutely hopeless. The entire short-term rental setup is poorly designed. Customer service agents consistently provide conflicting information, and it’s clear many don’t fully understand the platform themselves. Every interaction results in a different answer, which creates confusion and wastes time. Booking.com urgently needs to improve its backend systems and internal processes for listing and managing properties. Compared to this experience, Airbnb is significantly more reliable and far better built for hosts.

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered mid November and there was never a tracking update. The company refused to cancel. They offered a partial refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and my bank. Finally in the later part of January, with still no movement on tracking or an ETA, I was able to get a refund. Yesterday it randomly showed up. It had a horrible plastic odor & looks nothing like the original advertisement. Total scam company.

I was planning to check the platform so i signed up using the free trial, Unfortunately i was unable to view any documents and i was asked to pay immediately to view or download, then i left the platform without using it at all, but i got charged after free trail ends even though i disabled my Visa internet purchase ( Very weird and suspicious ) , at the end they are also not allowing refunds at all in any situation.

With all my due respect, I strongly believe that this platform is in great need for experts in teaching like myself. But unfortunately the trend that people follow is marginalizing that need to the detriment of the quality of service. Having said that, one should look into the essential needs of the public in terms of acquiring a language and its purpose not only find the neuroscience and generate statistics.

I bought a printer last year and it has been in a storage room in the box for the first 6 months, i only got to use the Machine 2 months, b fire EVERYTHING started to break, i kept buying new parts, only for new stuff to go wrong and apparently, they only offer 6 months of warranty on the bed. Which i am pretty sure is illegal in Europe.
