Our remedy involved employing AI technology to transform the incoming fax images into machine-readable text. Subsequently, we devised algorithms to cross-reference this text with the database, determining the document type and associated claim for each fax. Once all relevant factors were identified, the system autonomously categorized the documents. As a result, the client could manage the remaining faxes with just half a day's work from one employee, achieving an impressive reduction of approximately 85%.
