Why we built it

Claims processes are slow because verification is manual and fragmented. Customers wait, adjusters burn out, and insurers pay more in admin than they admit.

What it does

ClaimStack automates intake, identity checks, document validation, and routing. Straightforward cases flow through in hours; complex ones are escalated with a complete, organized packet.

What we learned

Edge cases are the product. Handling fraud signals, missing docs, and policy nuance requires tight human-in-the-loop design, so we built tools for exception review first.
