Inspiration
CxC Hackathon
What it does
- A dashboard that gives graphs and insights about the data (based on hackathon prompts)
- Code used to clean, preprocess, and analyze the actual data
- A report that explains the project
How we built it
- Explore, clean, and aggregate the data on runql website using SQL and Python libraries like Numpy and Pandas.
- Make graphs to visuallize and get insights into the data using Python libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly Express.
- Make a dashboard for others to reproduce our results, available in "Try it out" link section below. The dashboard used Dash (Python Library) to make it interactive.
Challenges we ran into
- Time constraint
- Too little data, no clear trends
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- We finished our report and dashboard!
What we learned
- Python and Sql skills
- Data Analysis and Manipulation
- Making Dashboard (no team member had ever done it in Python before!)
- Teamwork!
What's next for RunQL CxC
- Wait for the prize (hypothetically)
