Inspiration

Wordle of course! But also wanting to increase the interest in local languages in South Africa. English and Afrikaans dominate our online conversations so this would help diversify language learning across the board.

What it does

Present a player with a grid to guess a word for the day. The user has 5 chances with each entry highlighting correct letters placed either in the correct or incorrect position. At the end the word is presented along with the language it's from and the definition.

In googe AI studio. Fairly simple build with a specific prompt

Expanding the dictionary, using a set dictionary to verify that the translations given are accurate and free of bias.
