A blazingly fast and lightweight app that gives immediate results. Suitable for "normal" users but also very interesting for "power users" via the (optional) complex search syntax and modifiers. Especially useful for anyone working with large amounts of files regularly. Once you get the hang of it, it actually replaces several other apps/tools. I do recommend you run it as a service, not as administrator, for security and privacy reasons.
It's a fabulous piece of software, so thorough, accurate, and fast. Works on any PC and can save so much time and frustration over trying to use other methods.
I believe its name doesn't tell much about its super power. I should be named "Search everything" or "Simply Fast Search Everything" or something about searching. I could never know what it does if I didn't read a blog talking about the software that can replace the discontinued Google Desktop.
