This pull request aims to fix an issue where the
DatePickerwould be rendered underneath modals, instead of on top of them.We already override the
z-indexof the popout in theCombobox, and there's no point in copying the same fix across multiple components so I've moved it into thebase.cssfile (hopefully that's the right place).Essentially, whenever a modal/stack/live preview/fullscreen code is open, we want to "up" the
z-indexof Reka's popper content wrapper.Fixes #13773
