Themes
For this event, you will come up with an idea for an application that falls under any of the following themes:
- Entertainment and Social Life: Let’s have some fun! These projects aim to entertain, such as a game, a way to improve IRL social activities, or social networking especially after COVID!
- For the Students: Devise a project that is especially useful to high school and/or university students. This generation is super hooked on technology, so they’re a perfect audience!
- Health: Projects that aid in improving the mental or physical health of its user, or aim to help the healthcare industry.
- Smart Cities: Help make your city a better place by coming up with a project that innovates in housing, transportation, education, infrastructure, public safety, etc. Anything that you think provides a solution to help cities grow and/or deal with population demands can fit in the Smart Cities category!
- Tech for Change: Come up with a project that creates positive social impact by devising innovative solutions to help whatever cause(s) you are passionate about
If you are unsure if your idea falls under a category, feel free to ask in the "Discussions" tab!
