In case picu emails end up in the client’s SPAM folder, ask them to add your FROM address (no-reply@ + your domain name) to their allow list. You might also use the email options to change the FROM name and address. There are also filters to do this.

By default, we hide all images in the Media Library. Sometimes, third party plugins tamper with the way image uploads are connected to their parent post. If that connection between image and collection is lost, picu can’t filter its images from appearing in the library.

This is intentional. 🙂 We wanted to separate the images that you use in a picu collection from the images you use on your website, thereby keeping you from accidentally using an image from a collection in a blog post or in your portfolio.
The media library would get completely crammed and confusing having hundreds, or in some cases thousands, of (temporary) images in there.

I have bought several plugins/add-ons/extensions for WordPress over the years. I can say without hyperbole that this is my favorite I have purchased and one I would be sad not to have access to. I have watched it grow, add more features, and it has become more valuable to me as it has evolved. I like having my own data on my own server, and having a client feedback portal on my website is a game-changer. That, coupled with final delivery, is a complete package for me, and I don’t even use all the features that I should like, such as the expiring galleries or selling images directly to clients. This is the only plugin that works normally, and give you the best experience!The only thing that I see as a – is that the plugin is a little overpriced for the pro version!But it worth every penny, I guess! Great features! I wish one day to have option to modify the gallery via css or with different styles for a better user experience.

This is the best plugin for photographer’s proofing process with clients. Few months ago asked them if clients could register without an email and they did it! Gave them some feedback on a few things and they responded. As far as the support goes 5/5 stars! Having the pro version is worth every penny, their support is on par with the quality of this plugin. I will continue to support this plugin as much as I can, love it.
