We'll be performing scheduled maintenance on our Transactional Email service to install system updates and critical security updates, which are essential for the security and stability of the platform.

Thursday, 05 February 2026, between 00:15 and 04:15 CET
Duration: Up to 4 hours

## Impact
Our engineers make every effort to minimise system impact.

**Affected Services:**
- Transactional Email sending
- Email API endpoints
- SMTP relay services

**Expected Impact:**
- Brief interruptions in email sending capabilities during system updates and server restarts
- Emails sent during the maintenance window may be queued and delivered after completion

## Action Required
No action is required from you during the maintenance. However, we do recommend checking the functionality of your critical processes and applications after the maintenance window to ensure everything is operating properly.

We are performing a scheduled maintenance on Thursday 05 February, 2026 to Enterprise Managed Kubernetes.

## Improvements

Multiple sub-components will be enhanced to make way for new features in the near future.


## Impact

Our engineers make every effort to minimize system impact. Starting at 10:00, the following impact can be expected. The Kubernetes API public endpoint of clusters will be down for a maximum of 30 seconds followed by a 120 seconds period of degradated connectivity. Internal access to the Kubernetes API is not affected and thus we do not expect any downtime for workloads nor traffic to and from workloads. While it’s important to be aware of the start and end times of the maintenance window we are confident to complete these changes with minimal impact.


## User Action

Please refrain from making changes to your EMK resources during the given start and end times. EMK clusters will not be able to autoscale during maintenance, if you anticipate an increase in workload please pre-scale your cluster accordingly.

We will be performing maintenance on the infrastructure running our portal and business backend services. These may be restarted during this window, leading to a short interruption.

Our Cloud/Kubernetes/Email services and their APIs are not affected by this maintenance, and will continue to function as normal.
