Short URL service
Shorten long URL incl. QR code

Many links are confusingly long and therefore sometimes difficult to use. Not all URL shorteners meet the data protection requirements of TUD. The Information Security and Data Protection team therefore provides all members of TUD with a short URL service that meets the requirements. In addition to shortening a URL, further options can be selected:

  • restrict validity period
  • generate QR code.
