    Basic control doesn’t work on my VR under “KLG Europe”

    I checked the button to show basic control but isn’t visible on website.

    What could be wrong.

    Hi @tonvogels,

    I just checked the tour on the link you shared, and everything looks normal on my end—the basic control buttons are showing without any issue.
