Basic scan cookie not working

    Hi the cookie banner is visible but opening the customise preference settings shows no cookie in each group Necessary, Functional etc.

    When I go to the settings Scan Cookies, and click Scan Cookies, it says no cookies found.

    Hi,

    I checked your website and upon visiting your website I see there are no cookies set except for the Google Analytics cookies which are set via JavaScript after page loads.

    The basic scanner does not scan cookies that are set via JavaScript. For such cookies you need Advanced Scan which is available in the Pro version.
