In reply to: [WooCommerce] Mini Cart block: recommended way to adjust item countHey @frankremmy,
Thanks for looking into this and for testing it with the official WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin as well. I really appreciate that.
I don’t have access to the WooCommerce.com bundles plugin myself, so I wasn’t sure whether the same behavior occurred there too. It’s good (and important) to know that this affects both implementations.
It would be great to get this working consistently for bundle products in general. From a client perspective, it’s much clearer when a bundle is counted as a single item in the mini cart, rather than counting all bundled child items.
Thanks again for digging into this!
Hey,
Thanks for the reply. Any updates on this if this would be possibly sorted out soonish?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] On what occasions does the customer get a status as Guest?Hey @shahzeenfarooq
Thanks for looking into this. Actually this doesn’t seem to fit into the guest category. Since if it is a guest checkout: Name is visible and username is blank
If it is a a logged in person:
Name is visible and username is presentBut for this oddity:
No name, No username and no order.Hey @avi1020p
Thanks for the reply. Your picture seems to be from the actual order. But i meant the order attribution feature that is on the right side.
Before Surerank:

After surerank was enabled:

These were the snippets i was using on top of the plugin:
// Enable noindex for paginated pages to prevent indexing of duplicate content.
add_filter( ‘surerank_noindex_paginated_pages’, ‘__return_true’ );// Disable Feed Indexing in SureRank
add_filter( ‘surerank_disable_feed_indexing’, ‘__return_true’ );// Disable SureRank’s automatic title generation for better manual or theme-based control.
add_filter( ‘surerank_disable_automatic_titles’, ‘__return_true’ );Hey @pear8398
Thanks for the reply and thanks for forwarding the request. Hopefully we will get it soonish o/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Slow queries with wcpay incentives?Hey everyone,
Thanks for looking into this issue. It actually was a case of redis stuck in a endless loop. It was not just wcpay that was always updating. It was a lot of the other plugins too. Clearing and disabling the redis completely cleared the slow downs on the admin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Slow queries with wcpay incentives?Hi, thank you for the reply!
I understand that WooPayments currently has no setting to disable the incentives logic, but I want to clarify that the issue here is not about configuration preference — it’s about developer best practices.
WooPayments is performing external HTTP requests on every wp-admin page load, even when the user is not on a WooPayments screen.
According to both the WordPress Plugin Developer Handbook and the WooCommerce Extension Development Guidelines, this pattern is considered a bad practice:
- “Avoid remote HTTP requests in wp-admin unless strictly required for the current screen.”
- “Extensions should only load code and run remote calls on the screens where the feature is actually needed.”
- “Do not add global admin overhead.”
The current incentives request violates these principles by:
- Running globally on every admin request
- Being unrelated to most screens it loads on
- Adding an external dependency to routine admin navigation
- Creating unnecessary latency for stores that do not use WooPayments
This isn’t a feature preference — it’s a matter of following established WordPress/WooCommerce extension architecture standards.
I’m happy to file a feature request on WooIdeas, but since this concerns best practice compliance, could you please forward this directly to the WooPayments engineering team as a technical issue?
Even simply caching the incentives result once per day, or scoping the query to WooPayments-related screens, would align the extension with the documented guidelines and avoid unnecessary admin overhead.
Thanks again for helping escalate this properly!
Hey @avi1020p
Thanks for the reply. I couldn’t get the plugin to show more products. It would actually seem that there is an issue with the Wholesale Suite plugin. Basically the product that have regular and wholesale pricing rules didn’t show up in the feeds at all. Only the ones that have regular pricing options.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Two suggestions to improve this pluginHey @korvak
I’m not from support but for the “The ability to add star ratings on the category or archive pages” option should be already there by default if you just show the star rating option or do it via shortcode or with another plugin. Many themes and page builders also have this as an option.
The star rating system is built into WooCommerce by default.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Rounding errors with the new pluginHey,
I’m on 4.3.1. The amount in Klarna shows as 44.70. We just switched from the with klarna management to no klarna management plugin since it was suggested to be done.

Hey @aamiribsf
It does affect the speed of the backend with many other plugins. Could you sort this out once you can? Most of the other plugins have already sorted this out
Thank you 🙂
Hey,
Seems that this is only happening with the pro version of the plugin. So i’m going to get in touch via the support system.
