This school has really transformed; we have new classes, a new administration block and even a computer lab where our learners can learn computer skills.  The availability of clean water is no longer a challenge because we have tanks that can store water, even during the dry season. I believe this will increase enrolment of learners, which I am excited about.

Mrs Perez Omollo, Head of Institution, Oboch Primary School.

Oboch Primary School, Siaya County

Our children had a challenge of learning in classrooms that were in poor condition and were forced to share the available rooms, which affected learning. The teachers also had a hard time teaching, but with the new classes, the learners will be able to concentrate on their lessons, and their performance will improve.

I am excited that Ekwanda Primary School will stand out in the community and attract even more learners to enrol. The state-of-the-art ICT hub means that we can now teach our learners digital skills, and the modern kitchen will ensure that we provide clean meals to the children, who need good nutrition to grow and concentrate in class.

Mrs Rebecca Asiko, Acting Head of Institution, Ekwanda Primary School

Ekwanda Primary School, Vihiga County

This new school infrastructure will ensure that learners, especially girls, can stay in school because they have safe spaces to learn, and they can even board. We have had good performances here, and I believe it will improve, and the children who dropped out due to insecurity will return to learn.
