Airowire was founded in 2014 by a group of passionate engineers with a vision to simplify IT for businesses and make technology more accessible. Over a decade later, that same spirit of innovation continues to drive us. As an Information Technology enabler, we partner with our clients to understand their evolving needs and deliver not just solutions, but long-term support that empowers growth in today’s dynamic digital world. Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Cloud, backed by robust Managed Services such as NOC, SOC, and Cloud Operations Centre. This allows our clients to focus on their core business, while we manage the complexities of their IT infrastructure.

We focus on automating repetitive tasks across both operational and technological areas to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. With the advent of Artificial Intelligence, we expanded our focus to AI-driven managed services and began our journey with services like AI-NOC, AI-SOC, and AI-Cloud Operations. We have developed in-house AI agents tailored to various use cases and are committed to expanding these capabilities in the future. Additionally, we offer advanced Unified Collaboration Services to streamline communication and boost productivity. From his formative years, he exhibited a natural flair for leadership—an ability that seamlessly evolved through his roles as an engineer, technosales professional, and eventually, a visionary leader. With an instinctive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement, he has consistently turned everyday challenges into meaningful opportunities for growth. His ability to build empowered, high-performing teams has been a cornerstone of Airowire’s success.
Outside the professional sphere, Prashant is deeply passionate about exploring new opportunities and contributing to the greater good. His interest in agriculture reflects a strong connection to the roots of sustainable living, and his constant urge to contribute towards the nation’s well-being drives many of his personal and professional choices. Akshay Balaganur is a passionate entrepreneur who finds joy in every aspect of building a company. He sees entrepreneurship as a continuous journey of solving new problems—something that keeps him excited. At Airowire, he has donned multiple roles based on the need of the hour, from driving sales, to overseeing finance, developing internal systems and processes, leading marketing efforts, and overseeing projects. In recent years, his focus has been on building software products and intellectual property to create long-term value.
He believes entrepreneurship is also a powerful tool for social impact and nation building, and takes pride in the jobs created through the company over the past decade. His vision for the future is to generate thousands of jobs in India’s tier 2 cities and empower the next generation of leaders. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family, meeting new people, and going on solo adventures with his dog, Polo.

With over 15 years of experience in the Systems Integration space, Praveen is a seasoned systems integration veteran who brings a powerful blend of strategic foresight and hands-on leadership across delivery, business operations, platform development, process automation and full-cycle business management. Since inception of Airowire, he has played a pivotal role in designing and building scalable delivery frameworks, the project management practices, and defining sales & presales processes with execution models to drive strong business outcomes, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence. From defining organizational policies ground up to refining workflows, Praveen’s approach is grounded in structure, clarity, and results-driven execution.
A firm believer in building sustainable business ecosystems, Beyond operations, Praveen holds deep expertise in business development strategy—”bridging the gap between delivery excellence and revenue growth”. Leading multifunctional teams, aligning cross-departmental initiatives, managing major OEM’s, Praveen ensures the business operates like a well-oiled machine while consistently achieving aggressive growth targets. Bharath Kumar is a seasoned technology professional with deep expertise in Network Security and Cybersecurity. He began his journey at Airowire with a strong foundation from Aruba TAC, where his sharp troubleshooting skills played a vital role in project deliveries and complex network implementations. Over time, he assumed key responsibilities within the Network Operations Centre (NOC), leading escalations, proof of concepts (POCs), network migrations, and security integrations. His proficiency in NAC and Cloudflare solutions has made him a trusted expert in delivering seamless and secure deployments.
Currently serving as the Engineering Lead for Cybersecurity and Cloud Security at Airowire, Bharath is instrumental in advancing the company’s security capabilities. Known for his agility in mastering new technologies, he continuously drives innovation across our cybersecurity landscape. Beyond the digital realm, Bharath finds his thrill in enduro bike rides—navigating rugged trails with the same passion and precision he brings to securing networks.

Darshan R is a dynamic Cybersecurity Strategist and Techno-Sales Lead at Airowire, steering the company’s secure digital transformation initiatives and contributing to the development of resilient IT infrastructures. With a keen eye for aligning technology with business needs, he leads Airowire’s cybersecurity business vertical while also spearheading techno-sales engagements and nurturing strategic relationships with both OEMs and customers. Backed by a strong technical foundation, Darshan has previously served as a Solution Architect and Presales Lead, where he successfully guided high-performing teams through enterprise and data center networking challenges.
His deep expertise spans a broad technological spectrum, including Cybersecurity, Data Center Networking, SASE, WAF, SIEM, SOC, OT Security, and Private 5G. Known for his ability to craft tailored cybersecurity strategies that safeguard digital assets from evolving threats, Darshan remains committed to continuous learning and innovation in the ever-changing cybersecurity landscape. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds grounding in solo trekking, camping, and quality time with family. As the head of Airowire’s presales and technical deployment team, he leads with precision and purpose, guiding a team of 20 through the full customer lifecycle—from design and implementation to post-sales support and NOC-driven managed services. A core contributor to R&D, Nishanth continuously evaluates OEM offerings, ensuring Airowire delivers future-ready solutions that optimize value and elevate customer experiences.
Beyond his technical mastery, Nishanth is deeply committed to cultivating leadership from within. He mentors engineers to grow not just as technologists, but as confident decision-makers with their own leadership styles. His collaborative work with the cybersecurity division—across SASE, application protection, and endpoint security—embodies Airowire’s drive to stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape. Off the clock, Nishanth fuels his curiosity through treks, bike rides, and reading explorations into space and psychology.
