I'm a design and software engineer from Ethiopia, and above all an open source maintainer. I co-founded Better Auth, maintain assistant-ui and run Farming Labs, where we build Farm.js and the libraries around it.
I'm a deeply technical person. I write about how frameworks and runtimes work underneath, AI tooling and the rest of the web stack, and I love reading books as much as writing; the ones I've finished are on my books page. I still solve competitive programming problems for fun.
