CopyLess ist ein fortschrittlicher und flexibler Zwischenablage-Manager. Im Gegensatz zur Systemzwischenablage kann CopyLess bis zu 100 Elemente speichern, auf die Sie jederzeit sofort zugreifen können. I'm a long time ClipMenu user looking for a replacement. Clipy took over where ClipMenu stops. Right now Clipy is waiting on M1 Apple Silicon version now. CopyLess has a similar attractive minimalist design but is 47 MB of code instead of the 8 MB of ClipMenu (Clipy turns out to be gourmand as well at 30 MB) .
Ease of use: 4.0
CopyLess take 150 MB of memory (whole Launchbar takes less and includes clipboard history and a multi-clipboard). Launchbar also has decent clipboard history built in and there's no memory penalty if you are already running Launchbar.

In the end, I decided to use Keyboard Maestro clipboard history while waiting on Clipy for M1 to save memory (I'm already running Keyboard Maestro to modify keyboard shortcuts and build a few but very important for workflow macros). I'm rating CopyLess 4 stars nonetheless as the price is reasonable and design is good. I don't like that CopyLess is Apple app store only. I strive not to rely on Mac store only apps and prefer a direct relationship with the developer.

If you're on Intel, Clipy is the best and free. M1 version should be coming soon. I've just donated $20 to Clipy development. If we all donated to great open source projects which are important to us there would be a lot more wonderful free software in the world.

CopyLess and Copy'Em were first copy applications when I switched over to Mac in 2007.
Both are the very best of all copy/paste applications. UNFORTUNATELY, CopyLess is not updated to Silicon Mac, and needs Rosetta to use it. I refuse to install additional crap on my new iMac M1. So, I disable it and use Copy'Em and PasteWizard only, until the developer updates to NO Rosetta, Silicon.

I have downloaded this app. I get only one screen when I click on the icon. This shows the items I have copied. I don't know how to use this app and can not find a way to get a User friendly manual. All the features advertised may be somewhere but I have tried everyplace I can think of and cannot get but the one screen. Very frustrating for an old man.

App Store is a pain in the Mac! I can't upgrade it for days! On the developer site should be a direct download link and, generally speaking, we all should boycott the App Store'!!!
