I've spent 14+ years building software, and the teams that take it from first launch to global scale. That work spans full-stack products, data and BI, marketplaces, and marketing and identity platforms. I keep a coaching practice on the side and write from it.
- Currently lead the team behind Favor's marketing platform, sign-in/identity, and the Favor Gold subscription platform
- Launched a new commerce platform for Unity Cloud (subscription-billing migration)
- Built Unity Cloud's identity (authorization) platform team from the ground up
- Launched BriefcaseHQ to $1M ARR in its first month at AppSumo
I'm interested in how AI actually gets adopted in engineering and business — past the hype, into real workflows and real decisions. I keep it grounded by building with it hands-on (self-hosted LLMs and small tools, a few of them here), and I write about what holds up and what doesn't.
