Radek Svoboda is a researcher turned engineer who realized that theory is fun, but production is where the real fire happens. As the Lead ML Engineer at rankacy, he is responsible for dealing with datasets over 100TBs of CS2 gameplay data and feeding it into proprietary Transformer models. Radek holds a PhD in time series forecasting, but nowadays, he spends less time writing papers and more time building proprietary models optimizing inference pipelines on AWS. He specializes in deep learning and loves sharing stories about what happens when academic models meet the harsh reality of large-scale deployment.

Tomáš Srnka is Head of Engineering at E2B, a Czech startup building secure cloud sandbox infrastructure for AI agents. The E2B platform runs millions of sandboxes daily for companies like Perplexity, Hugging Face, and Mistral. Before E2B, he spent over a decade in the hosting industry as CTO at Websupport.sk / team.blue, building teams and large-scale infrastructure platforms.

Michal Baumgartner leads Platform Engineering at Deepnote, a collaborative data science platform for building, sharing, and deploying data and AI workflows, where he builds Kubernetes-based infrastructure on AWS. His current interests include optimizing node provisioning, platform security, anti-abuse, and multi-cloud and hybrid execution models for multi-tenant SaaS architectures. He enjoys working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, developer experience, and the operational readiness required to run production platforms reliably.

Ott is the founder of Hykell, an AWS-focused cloud optimization company helping digital-native businesses reduce infrastructure costs and scale efficiently. Over the years, he has worked extensively within the AWS ecosystem, leading cloud cost optimization, Graviton migration, FinOps, and infrastructure efficiency initiatives across EMEA. Ott has helped more than 100 enterprises optimize their AWS environments, delivering measurable savings and operational improvements without slowing engineering velocity. His work spans high-growth startups, gaming platforms, SaaS companies, and enterprise-scale cloud workloads managing millions in monthly AWS spend.

Jan Cifra is the CEO of Dedoles, a Slovak eCommerce company operating in Europe. Before Dedoles, Jan was CEO of WebSupport - the largest web hosting company in Slovakia, and Managing Director of Loopia Group CEE, a group of hosting companies with leadership positions in CEE and Nordics. Jan has a broad background in startups, tech and business, working for almost 4 years as Head of business development for Piano.io and consulting for various startups and entrepreneurs. Prior to that he was director of Axasoft's banking and software services and with Qimonda AG / Infineon AG as developer, project manager and App Development leader. 

For 30 years, Petr has focused on the labor market, recruitment, employer branding, corporate cultures, and collaboration. For 10 years, he has been building a unique recruitment platform, COCUMA, and thanks to thousands of hours of interviews at companies that consciously use corporate culture as a tool for success, he has also been mentoring C-level teams in recent years. Petr Skondrojanis maintains that a truly functional and sustainable company—one where people don’t leave—operates in a state of balance between relationships and performance. His long-term focus is on the balance of the entire ecosystem, setting cultural and performance standards, and working with a company’s core values.

Matus is the Head of People at Powerful Medical, where an AI that reads ECGs is helping doctors catch cardiovascular disease, the world's number one killer, earlier and faster. He has spent his career building the teams behind Slovakia's most ambitious startups. At Slido, he founded the People function, helping scale the company from 30 to 180+ people across 15 countries, and revenue past $13M, through to its acquisition by Cisco. At Simplicity, he scaled the team during one of the region's largest seed rounds. His passion: building high-performing teams and creating cultures where people can do the best work of their lives. He's also a lifelong learner trying to keep up with his kids Marina and David.
