The API behind every Scribe language pack
Scribe-Server is the backend service that makes Scribe's language data available for download. Built on regularly updating Scribe-Data datasets, it signals when new data is ready and serves it as versioned language packs to every Scribe application.
Where Scribe-Server fits
Scribe-Server is one link in a small, transparent data pipeline. Each stage has its own repository and maintainers from the Scribe community.
API endpoints
A small, predictable REST surface. Full request and response schemas are available live in the Swagger docs.
Supported languages
Scribe apps currently ship keyboards for 8+ languages. That's just the start as Scribe-Data already holds structured Wikidata for 40+ languages, ready to become the next Scribe language pack.
Download the SQLite database
Each file is a complete, versioned snapshot of Scribe's language data — the same packs the apps download on-device.
