Can LLMs be used for drug synergy prediction for cancer? we investigate in "SynerGPT: In-Context Learning for Personalized Drug Synergy Prediction and Drug Design". We explore novel strategies for training GPT from scratch to in-context learn unseen drugs and cell lines.

Excited to announce that our paper "Translation between Molecules and Natural Language" (blender.cs.illinois.edu/paper/molt5.pdf) is accepted at #EMNLP22 (w/ @542nautial @elgreco_winter @kchonyc & others)! We introduce 2 new tasks to bring progress in text<->image models to the molecule domain.
