    Being a software engineer and a consultant?, not much fun but impactful?, hell yes! Take away here is…. When you’ve built a solution, don’t just know your users/customers, don’t be far from them. Treat them like babies, cater for their recurring needs not just their money.

    Then build what users need If you already built what they want, you’re halfway there, refine it, make it so good, convert it to their need I won’t pay for what I want since I can do without it I will pay for what I need because I won’t be fine without it.
