The best output from a design system this week was not the website. It was the next asset. One founder reused the same visual rules to build a pre-qualification sales deck with a broad price range. A template saves an hour. A reusable decision saves the next 10.
A hand-drawn relay shows a website passing a baton labeled SAME DESIGN RULES to a sales deck and then to the next asset.

If acquisition is broken, do not pay strangers to test your new offer. One plan we reviewed: 1. Use a refundable deposit 2. Collect the rest after delivery 3. Test 50–60 warm leads 4. Touch the ads only if they respond No victory lap. This is the test.
A hand-drawn decision path tests a new offer with 50–60 warm leads, buying traffic only after a positive response and looping back to fix the offer after a negative response.

The first thing we blocked in our social AI agent test was permission to post. A person gives it one narrow task. It gets only the context it needs, returns a draft, then stops. The agent saves time on the first pass. A human keeps control of what the company says.
Whiteboard diagram showing an AI agent handing a draft to a human, with only the human able to move the work to live.

Answering the same customer problem twice is support. Answering it every week is a product signal. Our agent groups recurring patterns without names or personal details, then points them to the page or lesson that may need work. It proposes. A human decides what changes.
