I'm liking Silverlight, but wouldn't do it without Expr Blend. SL definitely feels better than Web2.0 with JS & HTML.

- Learning how to use analytic functions(in Oracle SQL) over (partition by INTERESTING order by I_NEEDED_THIS). Powerful stuff!
- I didn't know SSL could be so fun :(. IE decides to implement "no-cache" when you turn on SSL, so my Excel file downloads all broke. Fun!
- For great Thai food in North Raleigh, try Thai House. Just finished another great meal there.
