- In case you want to play technocapital singularity with your friends, Fable built an Iroh-based P2P multiplayer mode for Alpha Centauri and figured out how to drop it and some other bugfixes into the original binary :)
- it’s unfortunate that conditions haven’t been there for products built around base models and that as a result they’re difficult to access, because they are a very powerful tool for building understanding and intuition about model behavior
- i’m sure i’ll regret getting into this but when people talk about “banning” open weights models what specific regulatory or legislative authority are they actually imagining? remember, this is america.
