Once again @KLM messed up with the flights!? Can you please assist me understand how am I supposed to arrive at São Paulo on the 24th and catch a connection on day before?

Outrageous, @KLM has just notified me that my flight has been cancelled and the cheapest options they offer for rebooking one leg of the trip is basically the cost for the entire trip. Great strategy to squeeze people for more money, eh!?

After playing a bit, I think @DaveLiddament's lib with PHPStan is indeed what I envisioned (we'd need to implement some stuff, sure). @faguo @Ocramius @Jaapio @yourwebmaker would be interesting to get your feedback on github.com/DaveLiddament/…

Looking for better ways to enforce rules around class dependencies and coupling than namespace-based rules, how feasible would be to implement class/interface visibility semantics via @phpstan and @psalmphp?
