- Bitcoin Core 30.0rc1 passes the nix-bitcoin integration test framework 👍 You can test it yourself with this script (requires nix):
- If you use lnd, update to nix-bitcoin 0.0.119.lnd v0.18.5 has just been released! ⚡️ github.com/lightningnetwo… ⚡️ this is a minor bug fix release w/ some very important fixes including: a fix for an erroneous invoice state transition, a fix to `lncli bumpfee` to prevent excessive fees, a bug fix for AMP HTLC+invoice handling
- Watch @joaothallis2 give a short introduction to nix-bitcoin at #nixcon 2024. The talk provides an overview of the project and "live-configures" a node to enable @mempool.
- 🚨Remote code execution in OpenSSH.🚨 Temporary mitigation: github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/…Bitcoiners running lightning nodes with a remote ssh access, you want to patch ASAP. So far the exploit is not trivial, but the risk is huge.
